Martin Brennan is a board member of the New York Yoga Teachers Association and has taught wellness at Atria Assisted Living for over four years specializing in therapeutic health and relaxation techniques for seniors. He is an experienced yoga practitioner who has completed his yoga studies at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City where he was awarded a certificate as Teacher of Yoga.

Certified to teach Yoga by the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, he has studied under many of the authentic teachers within the yoga and ayurveda healing traditions.
